🕒 Return Eligibility Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
✅ What Can Be Returned
• Only unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.
• Items must include all original components (e.g. booster packs, sealed cards, promo items, etc.).

• Used or damaged products

🔁 How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at Pokemonjapantcg@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the product (if applicable). We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.
